Lemon always insist on "CHECKING" on each machining process. We will have process monitoring to ensure Lemon can 100% meet this requirement.
QUALITY EQUIPMENT
PRODUCTION PROCESS
Lemon have steel hardness test equipment to contorl hardness.
QC will check the holes size and sign off on the ERP system.
Once QC sign off on ERP system, CNC machining can be started.
Lemon ensure "CNC on-lin check" apply on each machine.
"CNC on-line check " report should be done on each components.
All "CNC on-line check" report will be signed off by CNC manager.
All EDM process will be checked by CMM.
All QC report will be signed of by Program Manager before T1 tryout.
